Q: What materials are Warm Hugs toys made of? Are they safe for newborns? A: Absolutely! Safety is our number one priority. All of our plushies and accessories are 100% handcrafted using premium natural cotton yarn. They are entirely hypoallergenic, free from harsh chemical dyes, and do not contain any small plastic pieces or choking hazards. They are completely safe for newborns, even during the teething phase.

Q: Can I wash my crochet toy? How do I clean it? A: Yes, you can! To keep your crochet companion looking beautiful for years to come, we recommend hand washing it in cool water with a mild soap (like baby shampoo). Gently squeeze out the excess water (do not wring or twist) and lay it flat on a towel to dry in the shade. If you prefer using a washing machine, place the toy inside a mesh laundry bag, choose the Delicate/Handwash cycle with cold water, and always air dry (avoid tumble drying).

Q: I am purchasing this as a gift. Do you offer special gift wrapping? A: Yes, we love gifting! Q: Do you ship internationally? How long does delivery take to the US, Australia, and Canada? A: Yes, we ship worldwide! Because each item is intricately handmade and carefully inspected, our standard order processing time is 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery times generally range between 7 to 14 business days for the United States, Australia, and Canada. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you the moment your package leaves our workshop.

Q: What is your return policy if I am not satisfied? A: Your happiness is our happiness. Warm Hugs offers a 30-day return policy for any items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging condition. If your item happens to arrive damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team immediately with a photo, and we will gladly arrange a free replacement or a 100% full refund.
