Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
US & CA & AU: 7 - 14 business days
Rest of the World: 7 - 20 business days
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to international customs processing.
Local Currencies & International Duties
To provide a seamless checkout experience, our store automatically displays prices in your local currency (e.g., USD, CAD). However, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Order Tracking & Support
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
